Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We are a specialist medical device distribution company with over one hundred years of combined industry experience. We supply neurodiagnostic and monitoring technologies, including ICU brain monitoring systems, Routine EEG, Home Video EEG Telemetry solutions, and cloud-connected diagnostic platforms.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We work only with trusted suppliers who meet regulatory standards such as ISO 9001 and CE marking, and we include contractual requirements to ensure compliance with anti-slavery legislation.

Employees receive training to raise awareness of modern slavery risks and are encouraged to report concerns through our whistleblowing process. We continue to review and strengthen our policies and supply chain checks to mitigate risks.

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors and will be reviewed annually.
